Strip the brand name away and you have a poured polyurethane sports floor. A base layer of rubber granule is mixed with binder on site and troweled flat. A finish coat goes on top and gives the surface its grip and its color. It cures into one sheet with no seams and no tiles to lift. The line names cover a few builds, a track grade, a full polyurethane grade and a seamless indoor gym grade. Same idea underneath, different thickness and different top.
A system engineered for a mild European summer is not automatically the right call in Broward County. Here the sun is on the surface all year and the rain arrives in sheets. What matters is the top layer. EPDM granule holds color under UV where cheaper filler fades and chalks. A porous build lets an afternoon storm drain through instead of sitting in puddles until Thursday. We pick the grade around your heat, your drainage and how hard the surface gets used, not around a catalog page.
