2-Year Workmanship Warranty

Every surface we install in Florida is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If the surface fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no cost.

What's covered

• Delamination — the surface separating from a properly assessed base
• Seam failures and edge lifting
• Binder failure: crumbling or granule shedding beyond normal initial wear
• Drainage failure caused by installation errors

What's not covered

• Mechanical damage: cuts, gouges, burns, chemical spills
• Damage from base movement we flagged in writing before installation
• Normal cosmetic wear and UV color mellowing

How to claim

Call or text (786) 202-3100 with photos of the issue. We inspect within a week and schedule the repair. The full written warranty terms come with every quote.

Five things we put in writing before you pay us anything

• No money changes hands until you have the contract. No deposit at the estimate; at signing the deposit is 30% — never more.
• You pay the balance after you walk the finished surface barefoot.
• The quote is the invoice. Anything found in the base gets shown to you first — you decide.
• 15 minutes late to your Deck Check without calling first? $100 off the job.
• Nothing gets poured until you approve the color on your own concrete.
