What a Conipur system is, how a spray coat build differs, and what we pour instead.
We are not a dealer or an authorised representative of this brand. We install poured systems of this type and will tell you at the estimate exactly which products go into your job.
A spray coat system is built in two passes. First a black rubber granule base is poured and rolled flat. That layer is what absorbs the shock. Then a mix of EPDM granule and binder is sprayed over it in a thin textured skin that carries the color and the grip. It uses less colored granule than a full pour, so it costs less per square foot. It also wears thinner. On a school track that is a fair trade. Under a basketball hoop it usually is not.

The question is not which brand. The question is how much abuse the top layer takes. A sprayed skin is thin by design and it is the first thing to go where players pivot, where wheels turn, where a gate scrapes. A full EPDM pour puts the color all the way through the wear layer, so scuffs do not show black underneath. Full pour costs more on day one. On a court that gets used every afternoon it usually costs less over the life of the surface.

Plainly stated, we are not a Conipur dealer, distributor or authorised installer. We are the crew that mixes and pours the surface, more than 1.6 million sq ft of it between 2013 and 2025. Bring the brand spec you were handed. At the free measurement we lay out the equivalent build, name the granule, the binder and the thickness going into your job, and put every line of it in the written quote you keep.

1We visit within 24 hours, measure and hand you a fixed price.
2Pick the blend and the depth. We repair the base so it holds.
3Poured, cured and walkable in 24 to 48 hours.
We are not a dealer for that brand and we do not claim access to it. We install poured polyurethane and EPDM systems of the same type, mixed by our crew on your site. Every product in the build is named in your written quote before you sign it.
Yes, per square foot on day one, because the colored top is thin. It also wears through sooner in the spots that get pivoted on. We price both at the measurement so you can see the gap and decide with real numbers instead of a guess.
Often yes. Sound asphalt or concrete makes a good base and saves you the cost of tearing it out. Cracks get treated and the slab gets primed so the new layer bonds. If the base has failed underneath, we say so at the measurement rather than pour over a problem.
Two years on our workmanship, written into the contract before you pay anything. That covers how the surface was prepared, mixed, poured and finished by our crew. If something we did lets go, we come back and fix it. One phone number, same crew, no runaround.
