What the Epufloor build grades mean, and the equivalent surface we pour in South Florida.
We are not a dealer or an authorised representative of this brand. We install poured systems of this type and will tell you at the estimate exactly which products go into your job.
The letters in a range like this are a ladder, not a mystery. At the bottom sits a plain black granule pour, cheap and honest, made for training areas and warm up lanes. In the middle the same base gets a sprayed color skin for grip and looks. At the top the wear layer is full EPDM poured through, thicker, softer underfoot and far slower to show scuffs. Everything else in the catalog is a variation on thickness, on the top coat and on how much shock the build gives back.

Most people are sold a grade above what they need or two below it. A high school track that hosts meets needs a different build from a church parking lot converted to multi sport. What decides it is who uses the surface, how often, and what happens underneath in a Florida storm. We walk the site, check the fall of the slab, find where water sits, and then pick. Overspending on thickness you will never feel is as bad as saving on a top coat that fails in two summers.

Straight answer. We hold no dealership, no distribution rights and no authorisation from this brand. What we hold is a mixer, a crew and 1.6 million plus sq ft of poured surface behind us between 2013 and 2025. If an architect wrote a brand grade into your spec, bring the document to the free measurement. We will show you the build we would pour against it, layer by layer, with the granule, the binder and the finished thickness named in the quote you keep.

No. We have no agreement with that company and we will not pretend to one. We are an independent installer pouring the same class of polyurethane and EPDM systems. The exact products we use are written into your quote by name, so nothing about the build is left vague.
That depends on whether the track hosts meets or just practice, and on the shape of the base under it. Practice lanes rarely need the thickest performance build. We measure free within 24 hours, look at the slab, and quote the grade that matches the actual use.
Thickness is one of the main levers on price, along with area and base repair. Everything starts at 8 dollars per sq ft installed and moves from there. At the measurement we price two grades side by side so the difference is a number you can look at, not a sales pitch.
Yes. There are more than 50 projects in the gallery, poured by this crew between 2013 and 2025. Our first Florida decks are being booked now. Pick the one closest to your job and we will talk through what it took. You can also see and touch granule samples at the measurement before choosing a color.
